Modelling Paste is used to build heavy textures and create three-dimensional forms. Acrylic colours can be mixed into the Modelling Paste to produce a tinted paste. Either acrylic or oil can be painted over the Modelling Paste when dry. If it dries too quickly, it will develop shrinkage cracks. Dry slowly by covering loosely with plastic. Can be sanded or carved when dry. It dries to stone hardness and reaches maximum strength in two to three weeks. Apply to rigid supports only.
