Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a shipping label to ship your firearm to Kolar. We will keep you updated with your order status via email. Once your service is completed, your shotgun will be returned per the chosen shipping service level.
Note: Kolar Arms is not responsible for damage or loss of your shotgun while shipping with UPS. You have an option to choose insurance for damage or loss accordingly. Please package your shotgun properly so it is in a solid case where the shotgun and related parts are secure and don’t rattle. Place proper shotgun case inside a corrugate box for shipping. When Kolar returns your shotgun, it must be returned to the original owner and the signature of an adult will be necessary for delivery.
Annual service will take 2-3 weeks.
