Comes with a steel bench block, a nylon bench block, and a rubber base that can house either of them. Steel and nylon blocks measure 3” (7.6 cm) in diameter and 0.75” (1.9 cm) thick. Rubber base measures 4” (10 cm) in diameter and 1.25” (3.2 cm) thick and snuggly houses either block. Overall weighs 2 lb 2 oz (963 g).
