This blend has a soothing combination that works well with the body to get you back into form after an illness, a wild night or a strenuous workout. When diluted with a carrier oil this can be applied to the temples, back of the neck or shoulders to relieve tension or applied directly to achy muscles and pains. Also makes a great post workout massage oil.
