The yellow, cherry red, green, and orange vinyl seem to emit light in the same shades but our beige puff HTV glows neon green and the white one seems to emit blue light when exposed to darkness.  At Ahijoy our HTV film is thin and flexible with a matte finish and a heat-sensitive adhesive. It is easy to cut, weed, and apply and is suitable for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends. It is compatible with all craft cutters and can be carved into any intricate design without any hassle. If you are a novice and do not have an automated cutting machine, you can start with simpler designs and cut them with a sharp pair of scissors.  It is easy to weed out negative vinyl from our Puff Glow in the Dark HTV sheet once the design is carved. It swiftly lifts off with a weeding pen and can be removed without taking much time. Once you have the final decal, place it on the fabric where you want it to be and put parchment paper on top. When using a heat press to transfer the vinyl, apply strong, firm pressure at 320°F for 15 seconds. You can even use a household dry iron but make sure that the pressure is applied evenly on the whole design. Peel off the carrier sheet warm.  Our Puff Glow in the Dark HTV is durable and its color will not fade even after multiple washes. Made with high-quality polyurethane, it is stretchable and moves along with the garment. If properly taken care of, it will not chip, crack or peel away.
