Sani-Check YM is a simple, rapid test kit for the detection and enumeration of yeast and mold. Our kits will detect fungi in industrial fluids and on surfaces.
The growth of mold in the industrial environment is often responsible for extensive losses in productivity. When populations of mold and yeast become elevated in stored hydrocarbon fuels, metalworking fluid, and process waters, serious economic consequences can result. Problems related to high levels of mold include slime formation, offensive odors and plugging of fluid delivery lines. Effective control of these organisms through biocide use is only possible when routine monitoring of fungal levels is performed. Sani-Check YM makes routine determinations of fungal populations quick and easy.
