Color Matching (Optional): If needed, tint the resin with BondBoss™ Adhesive Pigments to match the color of the stone or material for a seamless blend. Mixing: Measure the recommended ratio of BondBoss hardener (3 parts hardener to 100 parts adhesive) and mix them thoroughly. Application: Apply the mixed adhesive to the surfaces you wish to bond. You have 4-6 minutes of work time at 70 ºF, so work efficiently. Curing: After 20 minutes, the adhesive will be fully cured and machinable, providing a strong and durable bond. Testing (Optional): Prior to the full application, always test the color match for shadowing on white marble and quartzite to ensure an inconspicuous bond. Suitable Surfaces: BondBoss Crystal Knife Grade Adhesive works with natural stone, quartz, and solid surface materials. Versatile Applications: Use the adhesive for mitering, seaming, laminating, and chip repair tasks. CNC and Automatic Polishing: For more automated processes, the adhesive is suitable for use with CNC and automatic polishing equipment. Storage: Store the product below 75ºF for optimal performance.
