To be eligible for a return, the inflatable must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with a restocking fee of 15% We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value. Once we receive the returned inflatable and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that custom LED night club inflatables are made to order and may not be eligible for a full refund if significant customization was involved. If custom logo is placed on the tent, refunds are not accepted. In such cases, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
