MAC Kids Knife BLUE is a knife for your children. It has a sharp edge, but it was designed with multiple safety features to maximize safety. Japanese knife manufacturer MAC designed a cute little knife for kids. This one comes with a blue handle and a little cartoon of the seal catching a squid 🦑 on the dark blade.

Just ask your children! 😊It was designed to provide children with a fully usable, functional knife, but of course with many safety features to maximize safety. The knife is made out of MAC's molybdenum stainless steel, and the edge is actually quite sharp (which we agree it should be). Both the tip and the heel of the blade have been rounded and dulled to prevent accidental cuts and injuries. The curved heel provides great support for your child's index finger. The handle is made of Lamar resin which makes it slip-resistant and comfortable to use. The handle oval and thin to fit in smaller hands. ⚠️ We cannot stress enough that this is still a sharp knife and if not used under strict adult supervision, it can cause harm and injuries to your children. Please make sure to take enough time to teach your children about the proper usage and safety of using a kitchen knife. This knife is suitable for children older than 3 years. With all this in mind - this MACs Kids knife is an excellent and fun way of introducing your curious children to the beauties of cooking and preparing food. Have fun, stay sharp and safe!
