Guaranteed Fresh Le Parfait Paris makes our award winning macarons using only the finest ingredients and techniques around. Our pastry chefs are perfectionists who are dedicated to bringing you the tastiest, freshest macarons possible. Everything is hand crafted in house and our macarons are made with almond flour and are gluten free. To ensure your macarons are delivered as fresh as possible, everything is sent via two day shipping with an ice pack and insulated wrapping. When they arrive the ice pack may no longer be cooled which is fine as it can thaw over transit. When you get your macarons they should be placed in the fridge and eating them within 7 days of delivery. If you want to keep them longer, they can be stored in your freezer where they will be good for a month or more! When its time to eat them, we recommend letting them sit out in room temperature for around 10 minutes. Shipping Orders are shipped out every Monday and Wednesday using two day shipping. Because we want everything to arrive as fresh as possible we do not ship on weekends or holidays to prevent unnecessary delays. Orders placed after 12:00 PST will be sent out the following shipping day.
