For easy maintenance just machine wash on low heat and air dry (Do Not Tumble Dry). This should be done periodically to reduce the risk of a stale, musty smell. When dry, the cloth can become very rigid. To rectify this, apply a small amount of water until the cloth returns to its soft state.
