This fish-styled pencil case is completed entirely in the hoop, applique-style, and it is fully lined with no raw edges. The bonus of this design, in addition to being adorable, is that it is completed in one hooping; almost entirely done on top of the hoop (you only need to go to the back of the hoop two times for the lining); you don’t need batting to make it puffy/structured, the lining takes care of that; and the only materials needed are fabric, felt, a zipper, and a piece of ribbon! The design has fewer than 9,400 stitches and when finished it measures about 9” tall by 4.5” wide. The design fits in the 6x10 hoop (size of the design files is 5.5”x9.4”/140x240 mm).
