Ring Plan notification emails - General Questions - Ring Community

This is more of a suggestion to Ring to update their communication emails on plan changes/upgrades. I upgraded from their basic plan back in august but had forgotten about it. I received an email today to notify me my basic ring plan has been cancelled. This of course confused me with the 6 month delay. Surely the best approach is a welcome email to the upgraded plan (Protect Plus) …and we have cancelled your old basic plan. Etc. Saves confusing people thinking they have no protection in plac
