This tool is effective at eliminating unwanted tails from cut threads or residual fuzz after ripping from the finished side of your work.  Simply take the tool and pierce through canvas or fabric where tails or fuzz appears and the rough end of the snag nab it will bring your unwanted threads or fuzz to the back side of your work. The manufacturer specially designed this tool to grab snags and pills and pull them through to the back of your garment. This particular snag repair needle is similar to a size 22 needle and works best on 18 or 14 count canvas.
