To make everything easy as pie, we've also put together our official Learn to Knit kit that contains everything you need to get stitchin'! Follow along with our pattern on to knit our outlandishly easy but ultra cozy cowl! You'll learn all the fundamentals of knitting: How to cast on How to do the knit stitch How to do the purl stitch How to make button holes How to bind off How to weaving in your ends Fixing your knitting mistakes We currently ship our kits across Canada and the USA. If you're unable to snag a kit, or want to use your own materials, you'll need: 1 x skein of Super Bulky (size 6) yarn (approximately 100 yards) 1 set of 12mm (US 17) knitting needles 1 x removeable stitch marker 1 x darning needle 2 x buttons (2) A copy of the Learn to Knit Cowl pattern Additionally, you'll need the following things (not included in the kit): A pair of scissors A measuring tape 1 smaller straight or circular needle (to practice fixing mistakes) We hope you enjoy our Learn to Knit Class!
