Ready to refill your glow vessel? A signature 13.2 oz refill bag is made for you to pour your own candle at home, in minutes. We strongly recommend up-cycling your existing glow candle vessel, which has been tested for our wax blend, scents, and wick sizing. Refill your glow:
Clean your existing candle vessel. - Pour hot water over any remaining wax, wick, and wick clip. - Wait about 60 seconds & use a paper towel to sweep out the vessel. If there’s residual residue, use a dry paper towel to wipe it clean. - Glow Candle Co. candle refills are made specifically for our 13.2 oz signature candle.
Open the Candle Refill bag using the notch at the top.
Remove the wick & wick clip, and fragrance bottle.
Microwave the pouch of wax for 2-3 minutes, until fully melted. - This will vary slightly depending on your microwave, but your wax should be fully melted before making your candle refill.
Pour your fully melted wax and scent (from the fragrance bottle) into your candle vessel.
Stir the wax + scent for 30-60 seconds. -You want your wax and scent fully combined.
Add your wick directly to the center of your candle vessel. - The center is important so you get 100% use of your candle.
Wait 2-4 hours for your candle to fully set. - While you’re waiting, recycle your candle refill bag and fragrance bottle & cap!
Trim the wick to ⅛ - ¼”. - You can use a wick trimmer, scissors, or nail trimmer to do this.
Wait just a bit longer. Your candle is ready to burn in 3+ days.- This allows your candle to fully cure and have a great scent both burning and cold.
