Each bundle has 6 Insul Bright squares and 12 cotton batting squares to make a perfect thermal-protective batting 'sandwich'.For best results, keep the insulating layers in the order they arrive in the package with the piece of Insul-Bright in between two pieces of cotton batting. Then, simply add some attractive fabric on the top & bottom and quilt the layers together for DIY potholders of superior insulating quality.There are many free patterns and tutorials for making potholders available on the internet. If you prefer a less bulky pot holder, use with at least one layer of cotton batting to absorb condensation.Machine wash warm, tumble dry.
