More than half of products tested from the leading dollar stores in the U.S. and Canada contained “chemicals of concern” like lead, Bisphenol A (BPA) or Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) that pose a known or suspected risk to human health or the environment, the Campaign for Healthier Solutions found.
